Jeff is passionate about volleyball… he loves watching it, playing it, and coaching it. He expects all his players to give him 100% effort every time they step foot on the court, whether it’s at a tournament or at practice. He demands his players to be respectful to their teammates, coaches, and opponents in victory and defeat. Jeff also expects his players to have a positive attitude because he believes attitude can make the difference between being a good player and a great player. He is very competitive and he wants his team to win every game they play but he will not sacrifice honesty and integrity to do so.

Jeff graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and currently works as a Senior Procurement Agent at PulteGroup. He and his beautiful wife, Becca, have been married for 11 years and have an 8-year old son named Caden, a 5-year old son named Eli, and a 1-year old son named Jacob. Jeff enjoys hanging out with his family, playing volleyball, playing softball, and watching sports in his spare time.
