We will be very upfront regarding any refunds or credits issued due to the cancellation of tournaments, practices, clinics, camps, etc.  This situation is changing by the hour and we will do our best to continue to prepare to move on with the season when restrictions are lifted.  We are also aware that the restrictions may continue and further changes may occur.  Until we have definitive answers on the timeline and extent of cancellations we can not fully  answer this question.

  • CLUB PLAYER FEES:  We will continue to reschedule practices and tournament  if possible.  We will  update team tournament schedules to the shared google docs as we replace tournaments.  These are likely to continue changing as restrictions change and all are tentative until we can confirm with tournament hosts.
  • CAMP/CLINIC/PROGRAM REGISTRATION: We will offer credits for future camps, clinics, or programs.  Refunds will also be issued in full for our Spring Break Camp.
  • FLIGHTS: We cannot offer credit or compensation for canceled flights.  Most airlines are offering additional options regarding non-refundable tickets.
  • HOTELS:  We cannot offer credit or compensation for canceled hotels.  So far, hotels have refunded in full the cost of rooms to individuals affected by the cancelled tournaments.  Please continue following any cancellation requirements given by individual hotels or tournaments.  DO NOT cancel reservations before you are asked by the specific tournament host or you could incur additional fees.
  • TOURNAMENT WRISTBANDS: This will be decided by the tournaments individually and communicated accordingly.
          Cross Court Classic wristbands will be refunded directly to team  parents via Venmo (timeframe for this is unknown)
